As the name suggests......... departs at half eight (sharp) from Blakes Cross taking a brisk run around around the coast coming back via the Naul and over the Three Sisters under the guidance of Pat Halligan.

Bibshorts, short-sleeved jersey and a longsleeved jersy available at the subsidised price of €100. Other items also available
Note : The club has run out of gear in the larger sizes, ie XL and above. I will be placing a limited order for large gear and would like to get some idea of people who require it. If you would like gear in the larger sizes let me know before the end of Jan 09 (Sam McArdle)
